Over in our Facebook group (where we now have over 130,000 members!) one of the hot topics of each week is spotting new products that are Slimming World friendly!
Not all of you are in our Facebook group (you should be!), so I thought I’d add it to the website as a weekly feature. So here we are, with the imaginatively named “This Weeks New Slimming World Shopping Essentials”. You can find last week’s over here.
M&S Skinny Chicken Burgers – 0.5 Syns each
These M&S Skinny chicken Burgers, were spotted by a few members of our Facebook group this week!
These M&S Chicken Burgers are just 0.5 syns each and the combination of chicken, garlic & herbs seems to be going down well.
It seems that M&S is extending it’s Skinny range, after adding Skinny Sausages last month.
The Skinny Chicken Burgers are slowly rolling out across M&S Simply Food Stores, and will be available nationwide very soon.
M&S Skinny Bacon Medallions – Syn Free
Next up, we have yet another M&S Skinny meat product! Oh M&S you are spoiling us.
These British outdoor bred smoked Skinny bacon medallions are lush. they remind me so much of the posh bacon from Waitrose!
At less than 3% fat they’re Syn free, and like the Chicken burgers above will be available in all M&S Food soon.
These would go really rather well on a BLT Club sandwich like this!
Or even on our Syn free BLT Bites. Fab to pop in the fridge and snack on.
M&S Skinny Meatballs – Syn Free – New Larger Pack
Even though these Skinny Meatballs have been around for a while now, we thought they deserved a mention!
They now come in a larger pack, which will be good news for those with lots of mouths to feed.
There are 24 in a pack, less than 4% fat and are seasoned very nicely. One of the best meatballs I’ve had in a while.
You could even make a Syn Free Meatball Marinara with some!

Albert Bartlett Purple Majesty Potatoes – Syn Free
Albert Bartlett Purple Majesty potatoes are naturally purple and are good for you due to the antioxidants they have in them.
I’m more excited that I can make purple mash to be honest!
They are perfect for adding colour to your kids’ favourite dish, making healthy food more fun.
But, you can also surprise your guests at your next dinner party by serving up some Purple Majesties, providing you with that ‘wow factor.’

You can get them in most supermarkets, and are on offer as they’ve just come out.
Asda Semi Skimmed Vitamin D Milk
Asda Vitamin D milk has launched in-store this week. It’s a fortified fresh milk from Arla, to help us obtain our recommended daily allowance of Vitamin D.
It contains two microgrammes of vitamin D per 100ml. In your Healthy Extra of A of 250ml, you’ll get half an adult’s recommended daily intake.
One-fifth of the UK population have low-levels of vitamin D. Public Health England advise that it is needed daily to help keep healthy bones, teeth and muscle and that anyone over the age of 1 needs 10 microgrammess of Vitamin D per day.
For most people, the bulk of their Vitamin D comes from exposure to sunlight, but due to longer nights and darker days, levels of the vitamin can significantly reduce during the winter months.
Asda Vitamin D milk is available nationwide, and is priced at £1.25.
