Lo-Dough – The 2 Syn Pizza Base | Slimming World
A few members of our Facebook group were raving about Lo-Dough, so we did some digging, and Lo-Dough were kind enough to send us some to try!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C
  2. Spray a frying pan with Frylight and heat. Fry the red onion until it begins to soften
  3. Add the tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar to the frying pan, and stir the onions so they’re all coated. Continue to fry until the onions begin to brown then remove from the heat and set aside
  4. Place the Lo-Dough on an oven tray
  5. Top the Lo-Dough with the passata and cheese
  6. Add all your toppings (except the rocket), including the Balsamic red onion that you had set aside
  7. Season the pizza with black pepper, and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes
  8. Remove from the oven and place your handful of rocket on the top.
Recipe Notes

If you don’t have rocket, you could use spinach instead.

The Syns for this pizza are worked out based on using the cheese from my Healthy Extra A allowance. Should you wish to not do this, then remember to Syn the cheese accordingly.

With that in mind, it’s 2 Syns for the Lo-Dough, 0.5 Syns for each Chipolata which makes a total of 3 Syns. Split between two people that’s 1.5 Syns each.
