Treating yourself to a creamy Baileys is usually reserved for cold nights between 1st December – 1st January, but we’ve found a great way to use this delicious drink all year round!

These Baileys Tarts are the perfect light dessert. They are quick to make, super creamy and feel incredibly indulgent!

Usually tarts like this would be served in a puff or short pastry case, however neither of those options are very slimming friendly, so we’ve swapped these for lighter filo pastry in our Baileys Tarts.

Filo pastry gets nice and crispy in the oven so although you’re significantly reducing the calories with this swap you’re not sacrificing taste or texture.

What diets are these Baileys Tarts suitable for?

This Baileys Tarts recipe is suitable for vegetarian diets

Hi, this may sound like a silly question, but I am getting ready to make these for a taster session, and I need to know what size squares to cut the pastry into to make it correct. I don’t want to ruin the pastry and have it turn out wrong.
