When you’re on the go all day, sometimes it’s difficult to fit in a sensible lunch. You can have this 1 Syn Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Soup on the table in less than 10 minutes thanks to Naked Noodle.
We adore noodle pots, especially ones that are so Slimming World friendly!
For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff in the blurb 👍
Naked Noodle Pots come in eight flavours: Thai Sweet Chilli, Cantonese Hoisin Duck, Malaysian Laksa, Thai Tom Yum, Vietnamese Beef Pho, Japanese Teriyaki, Singapore Curry & Chinese Chow Mein. They range from being syn free (Singapore Curry) to at most 2.5 Syns (Laksa Curry). It’s worth noting that they’re all veggie friendly!
Naked Noodle use real egg noodles and natural, real ingredients with no artificial colours or preservatives. They’ve simply been dried and rehydrate back to life when you add the hot water.
They’re great if you need a quick snack or lunch, just add boiling water and wait for a few minutes and you’re done. You can even ‘jazz them up’ a bit like we’ve done with the Japanese Teriyaki flavour.
As you can see below – the whole Naked Noodle range is SO Slimming World friendly!
Making them into a soup like this 1 Syn Chicken Teriyaki Noodle Soup, packs them full of speed food and makes a snack pot into a meal.
You can buy Naked Noodle from; Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, The Co-Op & Booths.
