How many calories are in this Chocolate Baileys Truffles?

Step 3

When chilled, gently scoop a teaspoon at a time into the remaining cocoa powder and cover completely. Careful roll the truffles into balls. This mixture will make 24 truffles. Chill for a further hour and serve.

When mixed, the ingredients need to rest in the fridge for 1 hour. After gently scooping a teaspoon at a time into the remaining cocoa powder and covering completely, carefully roll the truffles into balls. Chill for a further hour and serve.

  • 7 tbsp chestnut puree
  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 14 grams defatted almond flour such as Sukrin Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp chocolate essence
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 25 ml Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

I made using coconut flour, i also used natvia sweetner? Maybe this was a mistake, abit crunchy on taste maybe. Have frozen them so see what happens when tasted. Kate

You can get chestnut purée in cans. SuperValu do it – epicure chestnut purée.

I’ve never seen chestnut puree in Ireland. Is there anything else you could use instead please.

    Hey sandra, you can get it in the gourmet shop in rathgar in dublin and i imagine you could get it in fallon and byrne too. It comes in a tin so you could probably buy it online no bother!
