  1. Peel the potatoes and chop roughly
  2. Place in a pan of salted water and cook until they are are soft
  3. Whilst waiting for the potatoes to cook remove the fish from the packaging. Set the sauce sachet aside, then place the fish in the oven bag provided and cook at 180°C / 160°C (fan) for 24 minutes. Set the sauce sachet aside
  4. Mash the potato, season and stir in the chopped chives
  5. Heat the sauce sachet in a pan of simmering water for 4 minutes
  6. Put the spinach in the bottom of an ovenproof dish, then place the cooked fish on top
  7. Pour the heated sauce over the fish then pipe the potato around the outside, leaving a gap in the middle
  8. Sprinkle the cheese in the gap and top with the chopped spring onion
  9. Then either place under the grill or in a hot oven until the cheese is melted and the potato is golden brown
