How do I know when these Chicken Goujons are cooked?

Any leftovers should be cooled and refrigerated as quickly as possible, and can be stored in the fridge, in an airtight container for up to 3 days. This recipe can be frozen, but please remember to do the following;
– Freeze it as soon as it is cold enough
