We like to use Sukrin, which is an all-natural granulated stevia sweetener alternative to sugar with zero calories. It doesn’t have that strange after taste that a lot of artificial sweeteners do, which makes it perfect for cooking and baking.
Sukrin is in equal and weight to sugar, so if you're using a powdered sweetener you'll need to use less as it weighs less.

They look pretty, and they taste even better. Cutting the potatoes this way makes them crispier, take hold of flavour better and, of course, they look better! Beautiful texture in the mouth too. Spiced with Spicentice Chipoltle Rub, this is a perfect side dish to a meal.
Chipotle Hasselback Potatoes

- Preheat oven to 220°C
Cut the potatoes around half way through very finely across the whole potato. The finer you chop, the crispier they will be
- Place on a baking tray and fry liberally with Frylight. Add Spicentice Chipoltle Rub to your potatoes and rub in, being careful not to break the potatoes
- Pop in the oven for around 30-40 minutes, making sure the potatoes are placed cut side up. Check occasionally to make sure they're not burning. Not that you need telling. Enjoy!
