Spiced with Spicentice Chipoltle Rub, this is a perfect side dish to a meal, or served with our Syn Free Slow Cooker Chilli

Obviously the more people, the more potatoes and rub you’ll need. I know I don’t need to tell you that, but we do like to be thorough!

Whenever we need to replace oil in cooking we use Frylight. Perfect for everyday frying and cooking, it delivers exactly one calorie per spray, which makes it Syn free! The Sunflower or Olive Oil flavours are ideal for these Syn Free Chipotle Hasselback Potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C Cut the potatoes around half way through very finely across the whole potato. The finer you chop, the crispier they will be
  2. Place on a baking tray and fry liberally with Frylight. Add Spicentice Chipoltle Rub to your potatoes and rub in, being careful not to break the potatoes
  3. Pop in the oven for around 30-40 minutes, making sure the potatoes are placed cut side up. Check occasionally to make sure they're not burning. Not that you need telling. Enjoy!
