  • Slice the potatoes halfway along each potato. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Place on a baking tray and spray with low calorie cooking spray.

  • Cook in the oven until they are cooked through and crisp. The thinner the slices, the crispier they will be.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C Cut the potatoes around half way through very finely across the whole potato. The finer you chop, the crispier they will be
  2. Place on a baking tray and fry liberally with Frylight. Add Spicentice Chipoltle Rub to your potatoes and rub in, being careful not to break the potatoes
  3. Pop in the oven for around 30-40 minutes, making sure the potatoes are placed cut side up. Check occasionally to make sure they're not burning. Not that you need telling. Enjoy!

  1. I’m not very good at “fine cut” so I have sent off for an Amazon gadget that is sort of like a spiralizer, that in theory should made the potato into a big long spring?!?!? I hope it works!!!! I will let you know. Thanks for the recipes, they are all magnificent xx
