A Chocolate Mousse you can enjoy when counting calories or following plans like Weight Watchers? This one is an absolute winner!

With it being Easter weekend soon it’s fair to say I’m craving Chocolate! It’s everywhere I look! 🙁 So we came up with this diet friendly Chocolate Mousse recipe.

We really like this recipe as it doesn’t taste artificial, and has a decent amount of chocolate flavour.

  1. In a large bowl whisk the Jell-o Sugar free pudding and the milk for 3 minutes
  2. Add in the 3tbsp of Quark and 1tsp of Sweet Freedom Choc Shot & whisk for a further 2 minutes
  3. Split the mixture into 4 portions(roughly 163g a portion)
  4. Time to fill the glasses! Alternate layers of chocolate mousse and the sliced strawberries. We use roughly 5 strawberries per glass.
  5. Place the glasses into the fridge for an hour - this will help the mixture set
  6. When ready to serve remove from fridge, and garnish with a strawberry! If you want to make it into more of a deconstructed cheesecake, sprinkle some biscuit crumbs on the top.
