Light and refreshing, our Watermelon, Feta and Mint Bites are fantastic for buffet tables, but we also love to make them on a Saturday to eat whilst watching Strictly!

Remember to chill your watermelon before you cut it otherwise it’ll be difficult to cut into cubes and might go all mushy – nobody likes mushy melon!

These Watermelon, Feta and Mint Bites are also great for kids as they look and taste yummy, but are really healthy.

  • 12 cubes reduced fat Feta cheese approx 5g in weight
  • 24 cubes watermelon cut to a similar size as the Feta
  • 24 fresh mint leaves
