These slimming friendly Hoisin Turkey Cucumber Cups are a fantastic alternative to duck wraps, as they still have that gamey flavour but with a much lower price tag and fat content.

This is an especially good recipe around Christmas time too, when you might have a lot of Turkey to use up, and want something healthier than a turkey sandwich! They would be great laid out as nibbles on Boxing Day, perhaps with a selection of other party bites – or even as a way of upping your vegetable count as part of an Asian Fakeaway! They can be enjoyed hot or cold, and will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
