Since joining slimming world back in February, one of the foods I’ve really missed is pizza from Pizza Express, and my particular favourite, their “Romana La Reine”! So, I came up with this Low Syn Pizza Express Romana La Reine Pizza.
Made using a B Free Multigrain Wrap for the base (using your HEB or 4.5 syns), a “no cook” easy to make pizza sauce, protein cheese or zero fat cheese (as you get a whopping 70g for HEA), and the La Rein toppings, with a couple of delicious extras!

There are a couple of protein or virtually zero fat cheeses that you can use as your HEA. Take a look at the Slimming World app or Syns Online to find a suitable one.
You can of course use regular low or reduced fat cheese if you can’t get hold of a protein or zero fat one.
You don’t get as much for your HEA allowance, but if you use one of these handy little graters. It grates cheese very finely, so it seems like you’re getting a lot more for your 40g!

These BFree Wraps are the only wraps that you can have as your HEB.
This delicious pizza is just 3 syns for the whole thing, which is a tiny fraction compared with the Pizza Express version, which will set you back at 39 syns! You can of course swap out some of the toppings for your favourites, adjusting the syns accordingly.
