Pre Slimming World, I was an iced coffee addict. We all know how much sugar and fat is hiding in those delicious drinks from the big coffee chains so I have been thinking about how to make a delicious frappuccino without syns and without sacrificing my Healthy A cheese/milk. Then it came to me in the isles of my local ASDA. I picked up a multi pack of the Skinny Latte/ Skinny Cappuccino Muller Lights. Why not use yoghurt as a creamy base for an iced coffee drink? I remember seeing something on Pinterest a while back about a blended yoghurt drink they have in India called Lassi so decided to go for it.
We like to use Sukrin, which is an all-natural granulated stevia sweetener alternative to sugar with zero calories. It doesn’t have that strange after taste that a lot of artificial sweeteners do, which makes it perfect for cooking and baking.
Sukrin is in equal and weight to sugar, so if you're using a powdered sweetener you'll need to use less as it weighs less.

I have to admit, it doesn’t really touch the likes of Starbucks and Costa but it is a nice alternative without having to use up any of your Slimming World restricted items.

Syn free Frappuccino without using your Healthy A!

Choose your desired cups, fill with ice and pour into your blender. I make two small cups, but feel free to make one big one!
Add the whole pot of Muller Light to the blender.
Add a shot of espresso- I prefer a stronger coffee. You could also put a bit of hot water into some instant coffee and add this.
Add a few drops of flavouring- I use Salted Caramel Essence from Tesco but you could use vanilla essence or some sugar free syrup!
Blend like mad, serve and drink straight away. Tangy, sweet and delish!
