Can I use creme fraiche instead of cheese? Would I use the same amount and how would it effect the overall calories per serving?

Is it right this serves four people? Doesnt seem a lot between 4? 25g of chicken per person doesn’t seem much at all!

Hi Alicia, when this recipe was developed we considered it to be enough for 4 servings. You can add more chicken to suit your personal taste if you feel it needs more. Hope you enjoy the recipe and thanks for getting in touch.

I’m sure the calorie count for this must be wrong as the tagliatelle alone will be more than 200 calories?

I just made this with uncooked chicken squares and it came up lovely. Just keep an eye on turning the cubes so they cook through properly. Lovely dish! Made it with other herbs added too and was very tasty

Is there a version that has uncooked chicken? Not to eat it uncooked but to cook the chicken as part of the recipe if that makes sense?
