  1. Fry the chilli, garlic, ginger and the lemongrass stalk for a minute or so in a little Frylight
  2. Add the veg and fry for a few more minutes
  3. Pour in the stock and add the noodles. Stir and cook for 2 -3 minutes until the noodles are cooked
  4. Transfer to serving bowls and squeeze over the juice of the lime
