You really can’t go wrong with this Syn Free Singapore Noodles recipe. Just chop up some speed veg, stir fry it for a few minutes with a few other bits and bobs, then add the prepared Ilumi Singapore Rice Noodle Snack Pot.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add the sachet of flavouring to the Ilumi Noodle Pot then add boiling water, stir. Cover and allow to stand for 2 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, heat up a wok or frying pan and spray with Frylight
  3. Sauté the spring onions, peppers, corn, ginger, garlic, chilli, and beansprouts until they start to soften
  4. Add the curry powder, chicken and prawns. Stir and cook for another minute
  5. Stir the Ilumi Noodle pot, then add it to the pan. Stir in the coriander. Cook for 30 - 40 seconds
  6. Serve topped with coriander and chopped spring onion
