One of the things we find so easy about the Slimming World Extra Easy plan is that there are loads of quick, easy free food options available to you if you’re a bit short on time. Throw in a few extra ingredients and you can turn something like an Ilumi Singapore Rice Noodle Snack Pot into a hearty, satisfying meal.

You really can’t go wrong with this Syn Free Singapore Noodles recipe. Just chop up some speed veg, stir fry it for a few minutes with a few other bits and bobs, then add the prepared Ilumi Singapore Rice Noodle Snack Pot.

You can find the Ilumi Rice Noodle Pots for £1 each in Tesco until the 13/12/16. They’re also available from Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and Holland & Barrett.

Add the sachet of flavouring to the Ilumi Noodle Pot then add boiling water, stir. Cover and allow to stand for 2 minutes
Meanwhile, heat up a wok or frying pan and spray with Frylight
Sauté the spring onions, peppers, corn, ginger, garlic, chilli, and beansprouts until they start to soften
Add the curry powder, chicken and prawns. Stir and cook for another minute
Stir the Ilumi Noodle pot, then add it to the pan. Stir in the coriander. Cook for 30 - 40 seconds
Serve topped with coriander and chopped spring onion
