Instructions
- Spray a frying pan with one spray of low calorie cooking spray and cook the garlic, chilli powder and chilli flakes on a medium heat.
- As soon as you can smell the aromas, remove from the heat and let them cool slightly. Don't let them burn!
- Empty the pan into a food processor and add all the other ingredients.
- Pulse on high for 30 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat until you get the consistency you prefer.
- Add some more salt and a little pepper if needed.

Made this with my son but soooooo salty added another can chickpeas but still too salty would suggest putting just 1/4 tsp salt in ????
