I asked the very simple question; What is your favourite Pinch of Nom dinner recipe? The answer? Lots!

So many people got in touch, with hundreds of insightful comments.

There were, however, some standout recipes that were mentioned time and time again.

Cajun Dirty Rice, it’s my new comfort food. Although so far I’ve loved every recipe, this is the one I’ve cooked the most

Dirty Fried Rice. It’s cheap. Gluten free. Tasty hot, cold, eaten next day. You can sub rice for cauliflower rice and it still tastes good. It’s so versatile. My husband who doesn’t like risotto/paella/much veg will happily have this, even when the rice goes a bit mushy. Pretty sure my 1 year old has had some and he loved it too.

This is a recipe that we’d had on the site for a while now. We’ve recently overhauled our Hunters Chicken and you’ve been going mad for it!

Definitely the hunters chicken! It’s my go to favourite pub meal and with all the cheese, bacon and chips I never thought it could be done ‘healthly’. I only started my diet 5 weeks ago, but finding that recipe on this website has been brilliant! So way to make too, using the slow cooker, brilliant!

It’s also a cracking recipe to have cooing in the slow cooker, making it really easy to prepare too.

Last, but by no means least, is our Diet Coke – Pepsi Max Chicken. There’s an awful lot of fans for this one on our Facebook group!

It’s a dish that sounds a bit strange, mixing low calorie fizzy drinks with cooking chicken, but it really works and it’s really popular!

I love nearly all off them so hard to choose but I do enjoy the cola chicken x
