We like to garnish this Syn Free Butternut Squash Risotto with a couple of shavings of parmesan and some of butternut squash seeds toasted up in the oven.
There’s aren’t doughnuts in the traditional sense… they’re not fried, use your HEB of oats, but the texture and taste is pretty damn nice.
