  1. Remove all the fat from the bacon medallions and cut them into decent sized pieces
  2. Cook them in a pan, with some Frylight and the crushed garlic, until they are nice and brown. Then set aside
  3. Mix the Quark, yogurt and Season All together in a large bowl, then season with some freshly ground black pepper
  4. Add the bacon, tomatoes and pasta to the quark mix and stir well
  5. Stir in the lettuce, check the seasoning and enjoy!
