These slimming friendly Chicken Fajitas are so much tastier than those made with a packet spice mix and are perfect if you’re counting calories or following a plan like Weight Watchers.
Our Chicken Fajitas are spicy, colourful, packed full of flavour and you don’t have to serve them in the traditional wraps. You can serve them with pasta, rice or even with a fresh salad!
We love a little bit of extra heat in our food, but you can add more or less chilli powder and flakes depending on your personal preferences.
This recipe is super versatile and the chicken can be swapped out for beef or prawns instead – whatever you prefer!

How many calories are in these Chicken Fajitas?

Add the sliced peppers and onions, and the water. Mix well and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with wraps or rice, and a dollop of fat free yoghurt!
