Chicken Kebab - Pinch of Nom Slimming Recipes

For the full list of ingredients and comprehensive instructions, please see the recipe card at the end of this post. Before you scroll, there’s important stuff to know in the blurb!

Although it may seem like a bit of a faff for some chicken marinaded in fat free yoghurt and spices, we promise that this Chicken Kebab is totally worth it!

The kebabs from your local takeaway are not only full of calories, but can often be quite dry, which is so disappointing when you’re craving one!  The chicken in our Chicken Kebabs will come out beautifully moist and full of flavour – and much lower on calories and Points too.

This Chicken Kebab recipe is super versatile and we love it served with rice or in a wholemeal pitta with lots of salad!

What diets is this Chicken Kebab suitable for?

This Chicken Kebab recipe is suitable if you’re following a gluten free diet.

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

NEW TIP
As good as the real thing
Served with fry light wedges and a little sweet chilli sauce
Delish must try
I couldn't get to stand so put on sidewards on a baking try, turned out the same. Very tasty and bonus clear plates all around.
Easy peasy recipe to follow & my family of four wolfed it
Used a large onion for the skewers & sliced it through the kebab when cooked & also made a pakora sauce using low fat natural yoghurt, mint sauce & ketchup
I doubled the quantities of the spices for more flavour.
You can throw some onions in at the bottom to have with it.
If you don’t have skewers then use two forks- worked like a dream.
