How many calories are in these Mini Yorkshire Puddings?

This recipe is perfect if you’re following a calorie controlled diet, and fits well with any one of the major diet plans such as Weight Watchers.

Put flour, eggs, milk and salt in a decent sized bowl and whisk, by hand, until the mixture is smooth.

Divide the batter evenly between the 16 moulds and place in the oven.

Cook for 8 – 10 minutes, or until they are crisp, golden and hold their shape.

  • 75 ml Skimmed Milk
  • Sea Salt
