Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Make it veggie

Swap the sausage patties for quorn sausage patties.

NEW TIP
Love these. Quick and easy breakfast.
We batch make these and freeze them. Leave the cheese slice out until ready to warm through. They taste amazing! So much healthier than a takeaway breakfast.
This is one of my go to quick and easy breakfasts! Batch make and freeze the patties and just grab and cook when needed! I used a bagel thin which works as well as the wholemeal muffin (I didn't have any in) fewer calories but less nutrient dense.
Weekend treat!
Leave out the egg if freezing and add on the day.
Quicker to make than a Full English Breakfast
Make the patties nice and flat so that they sit well inside the muffin.
Super easy breakfast takeaway.
Use silicone egg rings to get a perfect uniform shape. Let the pan heat up before cracking the eggs into the rings and they won't run out from underneath.
