Add all the hot chocolate ingredients to a small saucepan and mix.
Set the pan on a very low heat and heat for 10 minutes, whisking throughout. The milk should be steaming and just starting to bubble.
Strain the milk into your mugs and discard the cloves and cinnamon stick.
Add a swirl of aerosol cream and sprinkle over the marshmallows and sugar sprinkles. Serve!
