Ingredients

  • handful of ice cubes
  • 1 sprig of mint leaves only
  • 1 satsuma thinly sliced
  • 1 strawberry thinly sliced
  • 25 ml Pimms
  • 300 ml diet ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Add the ice cubes to your glass.

  2. Roll the mint leaves in your palm and add to the glass.

  3. Add the fruit and Pimms to the glass.

  4. Top up with ginger ale and stir before serving.
