Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Cover and chill in the fridge for an hour.
Once marinated, thread the meat onto a skewer, spray with low calorie cooking spray and place onto a hot barbecue for 35 minutes until thoroughly cooked through.
If cooking in an oven, preheat the oven to 180ºC and cook for 35 - 40 minutes until cooked through.
