Pina Colada Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 35 ml white rum
  • 25 ml Malibu
  • 200 ml Alpro Coconut Drink
  • 330 ml Lilt Zero
  • 1 handful pineapple chunks
  • lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple chunks in a freezer proof tub.

  2. Add the Malibu, white rum and Alpro Coconut Drink. Stir well.

  3. Place a lid on the tub, and freeze for 2 hours.

  4. Lift out the freezer and break up the slush with a fork.

  5. Divide the slush between two glasses and top with Lilt Zero - Enjoy!
