Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 130 g strawberries
  • 50 ml Barcardi
  • 1 lime ½ juice only and ½ sliced for garnish
  • 250 ml sugar free strawberry flavoured water We used Tesco's own
  • diet pink lemonade

Instructions

  1. Remove any green leaves from your strawberries and discard. Add your strawberries to a blender or food processor and pulse to blitz into a smooth puree.

  2. Add the blitzed strawberries to a tub suitable for freezing.

  3. Stir in the Bacardi, lime juice and strawberry flavoured water.

  4. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

  5. Remove from the freezer and break up the ice with a fork until you have a tub of slush.

  6. Divide the slush equally between 2 martini glasses then top up with the pink lemonade.
