Mix all the dry ingredients together. Store the seasoning in an airtight jar until you are ready to use it.
Top and tail the courgettes then slice them lengthways down the middle.
Place them on a tray, flat side up, then spray them will some low calorie cooking spray. Sprinkle them with a few tablespoons of the seasoning.
Place the courgettes in a food bag and refridgerate for 30 minutes or so.
Place the courgettes on the BBQ, flat side down and grill for 5-10 minutes.
When they have softened and they are nicely marked, turn them over and turn the grill temperature down slightly (or move the courgettes to a cooler part of the grill).
Allow to cook for another 5-10 minutes or until the courgettes are cooked through.
