Cook the pasta according to instructions on the pack. It will probably take 10-12 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, sauté the onions, peppers, spring onion and garlic in a little low calorie cooking spray until they have started to soften.
Remove from the heat, add the tomato puree and vodka and stir well.
Return to the heat and stir in the tin of chopped tomatoes, Henderson's and veg stock.
Simmer for 5 minutes, add the tomato halves. Check the pasta and drain when cooked.
Remove the sauce from the heat, stir in the cream cheese and season to taste.
Mix the pasta and sauce together, and serve sprinkled with some chopped fresh basil.
