Preheat the oven to 180°c degrees. In a bowl, mix the spices with some salt and pepper. Add the meat and mix together well. Chill in the fridge for an hour to marinade.
Roll the mixture into 24 balls. Place onto a baking sheet, spray with low calorie cooking spray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes until golden.
Pop a cocktail stick into each bite and serve on lettuce "cups" with minty dip.
For the minty dip
Mix together the yoghurt and mint jelly and serve in a dip bowl.
