Wash and peel the sprouts, then slice them up quite finely.
Make sure all the fat is removed from the bacon medallions, then dice them up, making sure they're not too big.
Heat up a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray in a frying pan, then add the diced bacon. Cook for a minute or two on a high heat.
Add the shredded sprouts, spray with some more low calorie cooking spray and continue to cook, stirring often.
Season with a bit of freshly ground black pepper and serve when the sprouts are just cooked through.
