Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion Sliced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp granulated sweetener
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • low calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook the onion on a low heat until soft

  2. Add the drained chickpeas, paprika, chilli flakes, sweetener and salt and heat through
  3. Serve while still warm
