drained and rinsed

onion
Sliced

paprika

granulated sweetener

chilli flakes

salt
low calorie cooking spray
Instructions
Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook the onion on a low heat until soft
Add the drained chickpeas, paprika, chilli flakes, sweetener and salt and heat through
Serve while still warm
