Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 6 Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages defrosted
  • 30 g wholemeal bread
  • 1 good pinch dried sage
  • 1 egg beaten
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • low calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C
  2. Blitz the wholemeal bread in a food processor until it reaches the breadcrumb stage, then mix in the dried sage
  3. Mash up the defrosted sausages, add the breadcrumbs and beaten egg
  4. Add a little seasoning, then form the mix into 6 balls
  5. Place on a baking tray sprayed with low calorie cooking spray, then spray each ball
  6. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside
