500mltomato passata
1tbsdried oregano
140gramslight mozzarella
60gramsfresh parmesanfinely grated
2red chillifinely chopped
low calorie cooking spray
Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 160 degrees. Spray a large frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and sear the meatballs until the outsides are brown.
Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 2 minutes, being careful not to burn it. Stir in the tomato passata and herbs and put the meatballs and sauce into an ovenproof dish.
Top with chunks of the mozzarella and sprinkle over the parmesan. Bake for 35 minutes until the cheese is golden. Serve with spaghetti and green beans.
