Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic Crushed
  • 4 tbsp Fresh Basil Roughly chopped
  • 1 handful Fresh rocket
  • 30 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Beef tomato Sliced
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
  • 2 Schar Ciabatta

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix, ensuring that the tomatoes are fully covered with the vinegar. Leave to rest for 20 minutes, unrefridgerated.
  2. Serve on crusty Schar ciabatta's, or as an accompaniment to steak or fish. Spray with a couple of sprays of extra virgin olive oil if to your taste.
