Manchester Tart Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 40 g oats
  • 120 g fat free Greek style coconut and vanilla yoghurt
  • 50 g fat free natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 2 eggs you can use 1 egg if you prefer a slightly drier texture
  • 1 tsp jam
  • 1 tsp warm water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients, except the jam, into a bowl and mix until combined.

  2. Pour into an oven proof dish and place on a baking tray (the mixture tends to rise a bit and we don't want to clean the oven, thank you very much).

  3. Bake on about 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

  4. When cooked, mix the jam with the water and warm slightly in the microwave, then pour over the top of the oats and spread it around. Enjoy
