Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until you reach a fine powder stage.
You can store any leftover mix in an airtight container until you want to use it again.
Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
Dip the chicken in beaten egg, then coat in the seasoning.
Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Always check the cooking time for different chicken pieces, breast, drumsticks etc as they vary.
