Add half a red onion to your food processor and blitz.

Add your lean beef mince (5% fat) and the salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 beef stock cube, soy sauce and the egg. Give it a whizz until all the ingredients are well mixed.

Grab a big handful of the mixture and begin to shape it around a babybel cheese. Make sure there are no cracks or gaps, you don't want all that lovely cheese to escape!

Heat a large non-stick frying pan and spray liberally with low calorie cooking spray. Add your burgers and cook gently - you want them to be cooked through without being burnt on the outside. Alternatively crack out the BBQ on and get grilling!

Remove the visible fat from the bacon and grill.

Assemble your burger in a 60g wholemeal roll and serve!
