How To Cook A Jacket Potato In The Microwave

Place your potato on a plate and prick the skin all over with a fork - mind your fingers!

Pop into the microwave for 7-8 minutes.

Take your potato out of the microwave and use a sharp knife to very carefully cut a cross on the top. Take care during this step as the potato will be very hot!

Squeeze the sides of the potato to open it up.

Fill with your favourite topping!
