Ingredients

  • 1 medium Potato
  • Topping of your choice

Instructions

  1. Place your potato on a baking tray and prick the skin all over with a fork - mind your fingers!

  2. Pop into an oven at 190°C for 90 minutes

  3. Take your potato out of the oven and use a sharp knife to very carefully cut a cross on the top. Take care during this step as the potato will be very hot!

  4. Squeeze the sides of the potato to open it up.

  5. Fill with your favourite topping!
