Cranberry and Pomegranate Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen cranberries
  • 3 tbsp granulated sweetener
  • 50 ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the cranberries in a pan and pour over the orange and pomegranate juice.

  2. Stir in the sweetener, orange zest and cinnamon and set on a low heat bringing to a slow boil.

  3. Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes until the cranberries begin to pop and are tender.

  4. Pour into a bowl and pop in the fridge until ready to use.
