Eggnog Latte

Ingredients

  • 200 ml Eggnog (from the recipe on our website)
  • 100 ml skimmed milk
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 tsp espresso powder
  • 120 ml boiling water
  • low fat aerosol cream
  • 1 g dark chocolate finely grated

Instructions

  1. Follow the steps on our website to make our Eggnog recipe and then measure out 200ml into a microwavable jug.

  2. Add the milk, cinnamon and nutmeg to the jug and stir until combined.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute until the milk begins to froth. This may take longer depending on the wattage of your microwave.

  4. Whilst heating the eggnog mix, add the espresso powder to a mug. Pour over the boiling water, stir and set aside.

  5. Once the milk is hot, whisk the espresso into the jug.

  6. Pour into the latte glasses, top with a little low fat aerosol cream and sprinkle with the grated chocolate before serving.
