Spray a frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes, turning halfway to ensure an even colour.
Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker and add black pepper, carrots, onions, potatoes, beef stock, stock pot and Henderson's Relish.
Stir the baked beans into the slow cooker, cover with the lid and cook on high for 4.5 hours. Remove the lid and cook for a further 1.5-2 hours.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper and serve.
