Fish Fingers

  • 500 g white fish fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g bread made into breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp Schwartz Season All
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • low calorie cooking spray


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Put the breadcrumbs into a bowl with the season all. Seasoning with salt and pepper. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  3. Cut the fish into 2cm wide strips, depending on the length of the fish fillets you have, you may want to cut them in half so that they are around 10cm long.
  4. Dip each piece of fish in the egg, and then into the breadcrumbs. Place onto the baking tray. Spray each fish finger with low calorie cooking spray and pop in the oven to cook for 25 minutes until golden.

  5. Serve immediately with your choice of accompaniment!
