Mini Mince Pie Pasties

  • 210 grams Light puff pastry Use a full sheet - each circle will weigh approx. 14grams
  • 6 tsp Mincemeat
  • 1 Egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cut 15 circles (approximately 7cm in diameter) from the sheet of light puff pastry. Each pastry circle should weigh about 14g or half an ounce.

  3. Place quarter of a teaspoon of mincemeat into the centre of each pastry circle.
  4. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush around the edge of the circle. Fold each pastry circle over and use a fork to press the edges together.
  5. Place each pasty onto the baking tray and brush all over with egg. Put into the oven and cook for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm or cold. Add a sprinkle of icing sugar if desired!
