Spray a sauce pan with low calorie cooking spray and on a low heat, cook the crushed garlic for 2 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it sticking.
Add the cream cheese into the pan, along with the chicken, herbs and peas. Add 150ml/½ cup of boiling water from the pan which the pasta is being cooked in and stir until combined.
Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce. Serve immediately whilst hot - top with a little Parmesan if you like it!
