  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 eggs reserve one for glazing

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • low calorie cooking spray

  5. Divide the sausage meat into 6 equal sausage shapes
  6. Place the sausages on the baking tray and cook for 15 minutes

  8. Lay a Weight Watchers wrap flat and brush all over the top with the beaten egg

  9. Place 2 sausages at one end and roll them up tightly in the wrap

  12. Place them on the prepared baking tray and cook for another 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown
  13. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving
