Elderflower Gin Fizz

  • 25 ml gin
  • 125 ml prosecco
  • 1 glug Teisseire 0% Elderflower Syrup you can put as much or as little in as you like
  • soda water
  • 1 handful frozen lemon and lime slices
  • 1 handful ice cubes


  1. Add the ice cubes to a large jug or pitcher, followed by the gin, Teisseire Elderflower Syrup, lemon and lime slices.

  2. Pour in the Prosecco, then top up with soda water.

  3. Stir and serve in a tall glass over some more ice.
